What is the Empire.Kred Upgrades Shop?

You can purchase extra Eaves, Upgrades, Bonuses as well as subscribe for Premium Accounts in the Empire.Kred Upgrades Shop. Extra eaves will increase your wealth and buying power on Empire.Kred. Upgrades for the Stock Market will increase your ability to hold more people in your Portfolio or invest deeper in each account by buying more than 200 shares. Upgrades for your profile include the ability to put your account on “Vacation Mode”. Bonuses are time-limited and/or use-limited upgrades such as buying an extra 100 shares in someone. Typically Bonuses expire over a time period and have a fixed number of uses.

In some of the Upgrades and Bonuses you can buy in either Eaves or through PayPal, but in some cases the item may only be available through PayPal.

What are Premium Accounts?

Premium Accounts are a subscription based model of additional features that can be utilized to enhance your overall Empire.Kred experience. There are multiple tiers of subscription choices designed to suit the various and unique needs of those on Empire.Kred . Premium Services will enhance multiple aspects of Empire.Kred including the Social Stock Market, Missions, and Communities. When do I receive my extra monthly/daily Eaves?

Upon subscribing you will immediately receive your additional monthly (or daily as appropriate) Eaves. After that we pay out your monthly Eaves when your subscription renews (or if your Subscription allows for daily Eaves, between 00:00 UTC and 02:00 UTC which is (7:00 PM EST - 9:00 EST, 4:00 PM PST - 6:00 PM PST) every day).

Can I change my Premium Account subscription?

Yes! You can change your Premium Account subscription at any time:

Upgrading: A prorated amount of subscription will be charged immediately for the difference remainder of the current month, and upon a successful charge your subscription will be increased. If there are any delays in processing from the credit card provider, your account level will be upgraded as soon as they send payment confirmation.

Downgrading or Cancelling: Your subscription will be modified with our payment provider (or cancelled as the case may be), and then at the end of the month (your typical monthly anniversary date) your account will be downgraded to a lower level... This will not happen immediately since you have already paid for the current month and as such you are still entitled to use the services.

Note: Currently self-service downgrading (example moving from Gold to Silver) is disabled while we workout the final transactional processing with Stripe. If you would like to do one of these, please submit a support request.

Will features be added to Premium Accounts?

Absolutely! As Empire.Kred moves forward, new features will be added to Premium Accounts in order to keep with Empire.Kred’s vision.

Will I be charged more when new features are added to Premium Accounts?

You will not be charged any more when new features are added to Premium Accounts for the account level that you currently enjoy

Will any Premium Account features be offered as stand alone upgrades?

Some select features may be offered as stand alone upgrades, but there is no current timeline for this, nor any plans to implement one.

Will Pie, or Portfolio upgrades be included in Premium Services Accounts?

This is currently under discussion, and will be touched upon further as Empire.Kred moves forward.

Can I pay for my Premium Account subscription for a year, or longer than monthly?

Do more dessert packs given as part of an account subscription roll over?

They do not roll over. Like the standard “More Dessert” expansions they are time-limited to 30 days, and must be used within that time frame or will expire.

Do you store my credit card information for Premium Account subscriptions?

Empire.Kred does not receive or store any credit card information. Credit card information posted on Empire.Kred is sent directly to Stripe's or Paypal's servers, where they record the client details, process payments/subscriptions/charges/invoices/etc, and then Empire.Kred receives details on the success/otherwise of charge along with a customer identifier for our records. I am currently a member of Avenue.io, how do I move to an Empire.Kred Premium Account subscription?

When you sign up for an Empire.Kred Premium Account , your Avenue.io subscription will automatically end.

Will my current subscription to Avenue.io be prorated?

Unfortunately we are unable to prorate current subscriptions. If your Avenue.io billing occurred within 7 days prior to your Empire.Kred Premium Account purchase, please contact support@avenue.io for a refund.

What is included in each of the Avenue.io's subscriptions included with Empire.Kred's Premium Accounts?

What is “Bigger Piece of the Pie”?

The “Bigger Piece of the Pie” upgrades allow you to go beyond 200 shares in any individual account on the Stock Market. Through these upgrades you can go to 13600 shares. The more Shares you own in an account, the greater the amount of Dividends you will receive from that account. For example, if Jane pays 0.50e/share Dividends on average per day, then with 200 shares you should receive 100e/day but if you own 1000 shares you will receive 1000 x 0.50e = 500e/day!

What is “Increase Portfolio”?

Every account is limited to a Portfolio size of 1000 on the Stock Market. To own shares in more profiles on the Stock Market you must increase the size by using the Increase Portfolio upgrades. You are restricted from buying these upgrades till you are close to the next level. For example, to upgrade to 1250 spaces in your Portfolio you will need to reach about 950 people in your Portfolio.

How is the Eaves price of “Increase Portfolio” calculated?

The Eaves price of the Increase Portfolio upgrades is based on your “Net Wealth” which includes your bank value and the value of your entire Portfolio if you were to sell it today. As your Net Wealth climbs, the Eaves price will also climb, so it’s better to buy them as soon as you can rather than later!

I made a PayPal purchase but I don’t see Eaves/Upgrades or Bonus?

PayPal purchases take a few minutes to complete. If you have waited more than 15 minutes and still don’t see your Eaves or Upgrades, please contact support with any transaction information including any transaction numbers so we can be sure you obtain your purchase!

I’d like to get a refund, how do refunds work?

All purchases on the Empire.Kred Shop are non-refundable digital goods.

What does it mean to put my account on Vacation Mode?

Set your account to Vacation Mode for up to 28 days in any given year (you can only take a max of 28 days in 7 day chunks over a 365 day period so use this wisely). Your online activity (or lack thereof) will not impact your Share Price or Network Scores while you are on Vacation.

  • You will not be able to buy and sell shares in others on the Stock Market
  • Others will be able to buy and sell you which will affect your Share Price
  • You will continue to pay Dividends based on your average Dividend/share prior to setting vacation
  • You will continue to receive Dividends from others

Vacation will begin immediately upon purchase.

Will my Share Price drop during Vacation Mode?

While our Market Makers will not affect your Share Price, perceived inactivity by you might have people sell your shares and hence your Share Price may drop.

How do I cancel Vacation Mode?

You will be able to cancel Vacation Mode by going to the Main Home Page and ending Vacation Mode from the alert box at the top.

Can I see if someone is on Vacation?

Currently you cannot see if someone is on vacation.
